If you desire great joy, happiness and energy recite "Atee'u-llaha wa atee'u-rrasuula wa ulil amri minkoum" 200 times a day. Its meaning is "Obey God, obey the Messenger and those in authority" (4:59), and is a very famous phrase of the Holy Qur'an. After 3-4 days, you will start to see the results by yourself.
